ARE SESSION MEETINGS AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Since 2018, all of Donna’s astrology consultation sessions have been conducted on Zoom. No need to worry about traffic or parking.

HOW DO I BOOK A CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT?
To book a session, please have your birth data (date, time, location) available, and have your calendar handy. Once you buy an individual session, Donna will follow up to say hello, confirm the details, ask for your birth data, and ask for your preferred AM/PM, and weekday or weekend availability. She will then respond with a few of the soonest openings suitable to your schedule.

BIRTH TIMES
Although some very good information may be gleaned from a session without a reliable birth time, for best results please obtain your time of birth and location information before you book your appointment with Donna.

ARE THERE ALTERNATIVES TO LIVE ONLINE SESSION?
If time zones are an issue, please let Donna know. Donna is an early riser, and has served GMT and east of GMT clients as early as 07:30 (AM) from her US Central time zone.

Generally, Donna prefers to work during live conference, via Zoom meeting. For those whose personal schedules or geographic location make the coordination of a live session difficult, Donna  may record the session for the client.

For some older clients who do not use computers, Donna still provides an astrology consultation by telephone. Unfortunately, there is no way to record telephone sessions. In such cases, note taking is up to the client.

Donna also offers a recorded version of a 6-month transit astrology session.  These are sometimes used as gifts for someone interested in astrology but not ready for a full, conversational consultation.

HOW SOON CAN I GET A SESSION?
Donna often books two or three weeks in advance, depending upon time of year. For clients who wish an annual (some clients call this a Birthday or Solar Return) astrology session for themselves, or as a gift, to cover transits and progressions for the year ahead, Donna suggests they plan this a month or more in advance. This helps ensure success in landing a time that feels right for the birthday. 

PURCHASE OF AN ASTROLOGY CONSULTATION, LIVE WEBINAR, OR ASTROLOGY SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE, AND LIVE CONSULTATION BOOKING PROCESS AND POLICIES

Policy – Online Consultations (NEW as of January 1, 2019):

Online consultation allows greater flexibility for appointment times, and there is no travel or traffic for you, the client.

Policy – Sale of Astrology Consultation Sessions Are Final: You are booking time from someone whose work is personal consultations, by appointment only.

Policy – Booking a Session After Purchase: Once Donna contacts you with the first available dates, you will have 48 hours to respond with your choice, or offer further suggestions about what time frame works for you. After 48-hours, the times will be released for others to consider. It is up to the client to contact Donna with other available times.

When selecting a time, it is best that you choose a time when you are most likely to have privacy and quiet for the duration of time booked.

Out of courtesy to other clients, Donna cannot hold times open after 48 hours.

Once you are scheduled, Donna will send an email confirmation of the date and time, and a link to  Zoom, the widely used online meeting platform with which you may already be familiar.

About 24-hours before your session, you’ll receive the session link  again with your reminder about the date and time.

Donna will then look forward to seeing you online, at your scheduled time.

If, at the last minute, you are unable to attend, you agree that I will record it for you, and allow you time for a brief follow-up by email.

By booking an online session, you agree to these terms.

Policy – Telephone Sessions (As of January 1, 2019):
I have switched entirely to online recording, and only offer phone consultations in special circumstances. Should you require a phone session, contact me using the form, and tell me about your needs.

CONSULTATION LIMITS AND CAVEATS FROM DONNA ELLIS

I am an astrologer, and I offer astrology webinars and consultation sessions by online meeting platform. I do not provide consultation to or about those under eighteen (18) years of age.  

I do not consult for third-parties or third-party matters (about your spouse, housemate, mother-in-law, et al).  

I am not a medical or health practitioner and cannot give you medical, psychological, or health advice.   I am not a lawyer and cannot advise on legal matters.   I cannot give financial or investment guidance.

I adhere to the code of ethics outlined by the American Federation of Astrologers.
